BeforeBuild is a ground risk intelligence service operated by Uforrai Technologies Pvt Ltd, based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. We provide pre-acquisition land intelligence reports and related advisory services to real estate developers, architects, investors, and NRIs.

When you submit an inquiry or contact form on our website, we collect:

• Plot size and project type
• Budget range
• Survey number (optional)

We do not collect payment card details, government ID numbers, or sensitive personal data.

We use the information you provide exclusively to:

• Respond to your inquiry and confirm scope
• Deliver the service you have requested
• Send service-related follow-up communications (Day 3, 7, 14, 30, 60)
• Improve our service offering based on aggregated, anonymised patterns

We do not use your data for marketing to third parties, profiling for advertising, or any purpose beyond service delivery and improvement.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party except:

• Form submission processor (Formspree) — for routing your inquiry to our inbox

BeforeBuild never shares your data with geotechnical firms, contractors, brokers, or any other commercial third party. Independence is core to our service.

5. Data Retention

We retain your inquiry data for a maximum of 3 years from the date of submission, or for the duration of any active service engagement. After this period, your data is deleted from our systems. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see Section 7).

6. Data Security

Your data is stored in encrypted form and access is restricted to BeforeBuild personnel directly involved in service delivery. We do not store data on public-facing servers and apply standard industry security measures to prevent unauthorised access.

7. Your Rights (DPDPA 2023)

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (India), you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction — request correction of inaccurate data
• Erasure — request deletion of your data
• Grievance — raise a complaint about how your data is handled
